Let's conserve Mother Earth!

saving-the-world

I know it's not Earth Day yet but this matter can't wait. I needed to speak now.

Plants and trees are being cut down, water is being polluted, animals are going extinct because of poaching. All this is is happening because of us.

I realize that this happens and most people don't even seem to care. This hurts me a lot to see our mother Earth go away one by one.

Most people don't realize that we need nature, nature doesn't need us. If it weren't for nature, we would be dead by now. In many countries, people now have to live with drought, famine and many other environmental problems because of their reckless actions and/or of those around them.

Don't still believe we need nature, here are ways in which we need nature:

1. For food.

2. For fresh air.

3. For water.

4. Spending time outdoors in nature can reduce stress and help reduce cardiovascular diseases.

5. Soil health.

6. For recreation e.g hiking and camping.

7. For medicine.

Nature protects us. The above are just but one a million reasons why we need nature. For look on what others appreciate nature for, visit here.

So, why can't we also try our best to protect nature. It can be as easy as:

  • Conserving water.
  • Planting trees.
  • Finding an alternative to plastic bags.
  • Planting a tree.
  • Reduce, reuse and recycle.
  • Educating others.
  • Cutting down on your use of herbicides and pesticides.
  • Shop organically.
  • Walking or riding a bicycle when going to places nearby.
  • Use less paper and wood.
  • Eat less beef.
  • Support the activists.
You can do more than you think. Look at these paintings painted to educate people on the conservation nature in this video.
Love nature and nature will love you.

Try doing one thing to conserve nature and send it to us at me.unalora@gmail.com as an image or video. Your conservation measures will then be featured after we get at least 20 people. Please, conserve nature and your actions will not be forsaken. We can do this together. One tree planted by you can help conserve nature!

Goodbye and see you soon!
