4 ways to relieve stress

 As you could see from a post that I published a while back about stress, we discussed about the good and the bad type of stress. Today we are going to see how to relieve the bad stress or chronic stress. So lets get started.

1.GET EXERCISING

 Any physical activity can serve as a stress reliever.Even if you're not an athlete or are out of shape, exercising can still be a good relief of stress.Physical exercise will pump up your sense of well-being endorphins and other natural neural chemicals.Exercise will also concentrate your attention on the motions of your body which can boost your mood and help fade away the irritations of the day.So the next time you feel stressed out, consider walking , jogging, gardening, residential cleaning, biking, swimming, weightlifting, or anything else.

2. BALANCED DIET

Eating a balanced diet is a vital part of taking care of yourself. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables and whole grains.

3.GET ADEQUATE SLEEP

Stress can cause you to lose your sleep. Worse still, lack of sleep is also a significant cause of stress. It is indeed a vicious loop.We need at least six to eight hours of sleep every night so be sure to chill before sleep without your smartphone.

4. TALK TO SOMEONE

Most people believe that we need to separate oneself from others when stressed. But the very best thing to do would be to spend time with your friends, because it offers you a break.
